One Response to Bengals Jim “Diesel” Johnson Passes Away

  1. The obituary doesn’t really give much information about him.

I’d never heard of “The Diesel” before this post. As I’ve said before, I know very little about the early days of the Bengals except for running back Essex Johnson, because I had his football cards in the late ’70’s. I also know about wide receiver Rod Sherman thanks to Tales From The American Football League.

I’d appreciate some information about The Diesel, either from our readers or from another post.
