Bob Mischak, a guard with the New York Titans and Oakland Raiders, passed away on June 26.  His son, Bob Mischak, Jr., sent the following links to stories about his father.

    The old guard of the AFL is indeed passing on. Interesting to note that the Jets’ memorial is more extensive than the Raiders’, seeing that although admittedly being the first AFL All Star of the Titans, he spent much more time in association with the Raiders both as player and a coach. He was a good man.

    Thanks for the memories Bob Mischak – He did a great job as a player, and coaching tight ends: Dave Casper, Raymond Chester, and Todd Christensen. He will live in our memories, and on our football cards !
